At BuyQuick.pk, we want customers to receive the correct products in satisfactory condition. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains when a return, replacement or refund request may be considered.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact BuyQuick.pk as soon as possible after receiving an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order.

Our team may request your Order ID, photographs, parcel images, an unboxing video or other information required to verify the issue.

Condition of Returned Products

Products generally need to remain unused and include their original packaging, accessories, labels and seals where applicable.

An item that has been used, altered or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or replacement.

Personal Care & Sealed Products

For hygiene, health, safety and quality-control reasons, certain personal-care, beauty, health or sealed products may not be eligible for return after their original packaging or safety seal has been opened.

Return Approval

Please do not send a product back before contacting BuyQuick.pk. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions when a return is approved.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned item and relevant order information have been reviewed.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and circumstances of the return.

Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping charges depends on the reason for the return. If BuyQuick.pk confirms that an incorrect or damaged product was supplied, our team will provide the appropriate instructions.
